Avnet Technology Solutions extends relationship with Wi-Fi Specialist Ruckus Wireless

(NYSE:AVT), announced today that it has extended its distribution partnership with American manufacturer Ruckus Wireless. Following the successful business relationship for Avnet and Ruckus in the United Kingdom, Avnet will launch the distribution of Ruckus Wireless smart Wi-Fi products in Germany, effectively immediately. This extension is based on an existing distribution agreement for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) between Avnet Technology Solutions and Ruckus Wireless.

Ruckus Wireless specializes in next-generation wireless solutions. The company develops, produces and markets application-driven Wi-Fi systems that can transmit time-critical and multimedia content and services reliably using Standard 802.11 technology.
