HOUSTON – The largest community hospital in the United States based on admissions, Florida Hospital depends on a well-run IT system to manage the health and safety of one million patient visits each year. Since that time, Florida Hospital has improved system up-time by 80 percent, capitalized on the ability to track and share patient history between campuses, and created a more efficient payment process system for all 18 Florida-Division hospitals operated by its parent company, Adventist Health System. It also has maintained a zero unplanned downtime record for more than twelve years.

Considering the growing population in the Central Florida area, Florida Hospital also requires an IT system that can be efficiently and accurately scaled.
