Grant Management reach out to students for next year

One of Scotland’s leading property management firms will take part in a number of Student Accommodation Fairs across UK universities in the coming weeks.

Starting with Birmingham this week, Grant Management will attend fairs in Liverpool, Newcastle, Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham and Salford.

Approaching a crucial time in the letting calendar, the property management firm want to help students secure their private rented accommodation for the coming academic year, as rental levels reach an all time high across the UK property sector.

Grant Management founder Peter Grant said: “We are saying very buoyant rental levels across the UK and we know that many students will be looking for their accommodation for next year.
