Universal Express Offers `Scrooge 2004’ Program to Inconvenienced Luggage Travelers


NEW YORK, NY -- 12/28/2004 -- Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP), Universal Express’ subsidiary Luggage Express today offered to all inconvenienced air travelers who traveled between December 22nd to December 30th 2004 a free one way delivery rate off of a regular round trip rate on luggage delivery or 50% off of any one way luggage delivery. This program has been called “Scrooge 2004” and was initially heard on the “Wall Street Journal This Morning” Program today.

“Due to weather, computer issues and personnel problems, thousands of holiday travelers simply weren’t treated with care-free travel, and did not experience the joy of traveling successfully without their luggage”, said Richard A. Altomare, Chairman & C.E.O. of Universal Express.
