Allstate’s Mobile Response Unit in Santa Barbara

Allstate Insurance Company announced today that its Mobile Response Unit will arrive this afternoon in Goleta at San Marcos High School to assist customers affected by the wildfires. The unit is a specially outfitted motor home that provides a place for customers to meet with catastrophe personnel to begin the claim handling process.

“Our hearts go out to the residents impacted by this devastating catastrophe,” said Robert H. Barge III., Allstate field vice president for California. “Allstate’s goal is to place our Mobile Response Unit where we can reach out to impacted customers so we can assist with their emergency needs. It is equipped with up-to-date technology like satellite connectivity to enable us to take claim reports and access policy and claim information. That enables Allstate to service many of our customers on-site.”

The Allstate Mobile Response Unit will be located at the American Red Cross Evacuation Center at San Marcos High School:

Weekend hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
