AT&T to Webcast New York Analyst Conference January 31

San Antonio, Texas, January 5, 2006, AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) will webcast its Analyst Day conference in New York on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Executives of AT&T and Cingular Wireless, AT&T’s 60-percent-owned wireless affiliate, will provide financial guidance and updates on merger integration plans as well as cost reduction and product and service improvement initiatives.
