Qualcomm and Navistar Announce Alliance to Deliver Qualcomm Mobile Computing Platform via Navistar Dealers in the United States


Alliance Provides One-Stop Shop for Transportation Companies Needing Vehicles with Fleet Management Solution
SAN DIEGO .- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leading provider of business-to-business wireless enterprise applications and services, and Navistar Inc., a subsidiary of Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV), a holding company whose affiliates produce International® brand commercial vehicles and other vehicle brands, today announced an alliance to deliver Qualcomm’s Mobile Computing Platform (MCP) installed on Navistar’s trucks beginning in the fall.

Under the agreement, Navistar dealers will resell Qualcomm’s MCP throughout the United States. The collaboration will enable Navistar customers to purchase International brand trucks with the MCP installed by the dealer, making it easier than ever to access Qualcomm’s OmniVisionsm Transportation services.
