IN-FUSIO Launches Zoo Tycoon 2 Mobile, Unleashing Microsoft’s Popular PC Franchise for U.S. Cell Phones

LOS ANGELES, CA -- 12/21/2004 -- IN-FUSIO, the international mobile game publisher and mobile gamers’ community management provider, today announced the launch of Zoo Tycoon(TM) 2 Mobile. The wireless title, based on the recently released Microsoft(R) (NASDAQ:MSFT) game Zoo Tycoon(TM) 2, can be played on cell phones or in conjunction with the PC version to unlock new content. Zoo Tycoon 2 Mobile, the second Microsoft licensed game published by IN-FUSIO, is being released for 40 carriers and portals and more than 100 handsets internationally, and is available now to download for BREW(TM) and Java(TM) phones in the U.S.

The first game from IN-FUSIO based on the extensive international Microsoft agreement, Midtown Madness(R) 3 Mobile, has already proven very popular, topping the charts of carriers worldwide. At launch, Midtown Madness(R) 3 Mobile quickly grabbed the #1 download position with Orange France, the country’s largest cell phone service provider. The title was also amongst the top five most popular downloads at Orange UK and the second of two IN-FUSIO games in the top 10 for the largest carrier in the region. Additionally, the game was amongst the 10 most popular when released at Telefonica Moviles in Spain.

“The launch of Zoo Tycoon 2 Mobile and the ongoing success of Midtown Madness 3 Mobile are further evidence of IN-FUSIO’s dedication to publishing high quality titles which capture the excitement of traditional videogame franchises and successfully extend the reach beyond the console and PC,” said Gilled Raymond, co-CEO, IN-FUSIO. “IN-FUSIO’s solid game design and ability to deliver titles to a large international network of carriers and handsets, combined with the reputation of Microsoft’s properties, has resulted in a win-win situation for everyone involved.”

Zoo Tycoon 2 Mobile allows gamers to take the challenge of creating the ultimate zoo with them, wherever they go. Based on the key elements from the hugely popular PC title, mobile gamers build, manage and maintain a zoo -- ensuring the happiness of the animals and overseeing the creation of exhibits. Players have two different game modes to choose from, taking care of their animals while trying to secure a profit and also sharing images from their zoo by creating a photo album to upload and share online. After completing certain tasks successfully, mobile gamers are also given bonus codes that unlock content for the PC version of Zoo Tycoon 2.

In addition to its portfolio of more than 70 titles, IN-FUSIO is currently developing mobile games for other Microsoft properties which also include Age of Empires(R) 2 Gold Edition, Banjo-Kazooie(R): Grunty’s Revenge, It’s Mr. Pants(TM) and Sabre Wulf(TM).

As an international mobile game publisher and mobile gamers’ community management services provider, IN-FUSIO offers its diverse portfolio of titles, entertainment and value added services to wireless carriers in Europe, China and the U.S. From stand-alone Java(TM), BREW and i-mode (Doja) games to a fully managed and integrated games service, IN-FUSIO has unparalleled industry experience and is a clear entry point for brands and developers to effortlessly enter the mobile market.
