Free Loss Prevention Tools Available to Health Care and Not-for-Profit Organizations

The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has expanded its ChubbWorkssm Web site to provide health care and not-for-profit organizations with tools that help them manage their exposures to employment practices, directors and officers and fiduciary liabilities. Customers can access the tools for free; non-customers can sign up for a free 60-day trial of ChubbWorks.

“We have expanded ChubbWorks to include specific loss prevention tools for health care and not-for-profit organizations because of the unique regulatory landscapes they face,” said Cathy Padalino, vice president, Chubb & Son, and employment practices liability product manager for Chubb Specialty Insurance.

ChubbWorks’ employment practices liability loss prevention tools include model employment policies, procedures and forms, best practices training modules, checklists and articles. Not-for-profit and health care organizations also can access articles and links related to directors and officers and fiduciary liability loss prevention.
