Kodak to Release Fourth Quarter 2005 Financial Results on January 30, 2006; Announces Tentative 2006 Quarterly Earnings Release Schedule

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Dec. 28 -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) will release its Fourth Quarter 2005 financial results on Monday, January 30, 2006 at 7:00 AM Eastern Time over Business Wire.

A meeting with investors will be held in New York City that day to discuss 2005 results and 2006 business outlook beginning at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. The event is expected to conclude by 3:00 PM. Additional details will be announced in the near future.

Kodak also announced the following tentative schedule for 2006 quarterly earnings announcements:

* First Quarter 2006 - May 4, 2006
* Second Quarter 2006 - August 1, 2006
* Third Quarter 2006 - October 31, 2006

The 2006 earnings release schedule reflects the company’s desire to more closely align its external reporting date with the quarterly filing of its Form 10-Q report, consistent with financial disclosure best practices.
