Carpenter Receives $1.675 Million Settlement for Permanent Injuries - Cellino & Barnes Trial Attorney Denis J. Bastible

A 41-year old construction worker suffered injuries when he fell on ice on an unlit walkway at a construction site. Although complaints were previously made to management about the conditions of the walkway, no action had been taken.
