CostMate™ takes Profit Margin versus Markup into consideration. Additionally, it accurately determines the total amount of material required for the job given scrap, reject and regrind requirements.

OEMs can benefit from CostMate™ because it provides immediate feedback on the probable price of a molded part. Within seconds, a number of what-ifs can be performed to get an indication of total part cost for any injection moldable component.

Once information is input into CostMate™, a report is generated that displays the total price of material, overall machine costs, projected profit and suggested price to quote.

CostMate™ now handles virtually any unit system allowing the user to input values in English or Metric. Currency is shown in US dollars; however CostMate™ will estimate quotes correctly with any currency.
