OLDSMAR, Fla. - December 20, 2005 - SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), today announced that Technicar, Inc., a midsize automobile electronics remanufacturer, has selected SAP® Business One as its business management solution. Designed as an integrated software solution for small and midsize enterprises, SAP Business One was selected over competing offerings because of its embedded customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities and flexibility for the customization necessary to accommodate Technicar’s unique workflow environment in performing warranty work for Delphi and Visteon electronic components. The solution is being delivered and implemented by SAP Business One partner Netsirk Technologies, Inc. of Sunrise, Fla.

Based in Oldsmar, Fla. and Cleveland, Ohio, Technicar has more than 200 employees and provides services to car dealerships in multiple markets. “Our work requires a complete view of our customers and the ability to manage our business with accurate data and a consolidated view from end to end,” said Mickey Harp, IT manager, Technicar, Inc. “We were running a Solomon legacy system which could no longer keep up with our business. SAP Business One offered us the full set of management tools we were seeking in a single software solution that allows us to manage customer relationships as part of our core business processes.”

“Businesses like Technicar need software that allows them to keep pace with their larger customers and suppliers, but which is affordable and easy to use for a smaller enterprise,” said Quincy Faison, president, Netsirk Technologies. “With SAP Business One’s Software Development Kit (SDK), we were able to develop a custom fit solution that allows Technicar to manage its business and maintain its competitive advantages.”
