Exercises with stock options of Nokia Corporation

December 16, 2005, Espoo, Finland - A total of 27,717 shares of Nokia Corporation (“Nokia”) were subscribed for based on Nokia’s 2003 employee stock option plan. This resulted in an increase of EUR 1663.02 in Nokia’s share capital and an increase of EUR 339,480.77 in shareholders equity. The new shares carry full shareholder rights as from the registration date, December 16, 2005. The shares are admitted to public trading on the Helsinki Exchanges as of the same date together with the old Nokia share class (NOK1V).

As a result of the increase, the share capital of Nokia is currently EUR 266,029,172.16 and the total number of shares is 4,433,819,536 including the shares that are held by the company.
