Motorola honored by AT&T as Outstanding Supplier

HORSHAM, Pa. – June 2008 – Commitment to excellence over the past year has earned Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT) recognition as an outstanding supplier to affiliates to AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T), one of the world’s leading data, voice, wireless and Internet services providers.

“We are proud of our longstanding tradition and leadership position in providing unparalleled products and services to our worldwide customer base,” said Tim Harden, president of AT&T’s Supply Chain and Fleet Operations. “We’re successful on that front in large part thanks to suppliers like Motorola that consistently stood out in providing AT&T with better products, services, or solutions.”

Motorola received one of 27 supplier recognition awards for its work in helping AT&T deliver outstanding service to its customers during the past year. Motorola was recognized for its contribution in the area of Teamwork.

“We are delighted to be named amongst AT&T’s ‘best of the best’ in Teamwork,” said Dan Moloney, president of Motorola’s Home and Networks Mobility business. “Working collaboratively with AT&T, we were able to quickly and successfully meet project demands. As part of its annual supplier recognition program, AT&T took out a half-page ad in the June 11, 2008, edition of The Wall Street Journal to publicly thank the selected companies.
