Avnet Memec and Luminary Micro Sign Distribution Agreement

(NYSE: AVT) – and Luminary Micro, Inc. have inked a distribution franchise agreement. Luminary Micro’s industry-leading 32-bit Stellaris® ARM® Cortex™-M3-based microcontrollers are now available from Avnet in North America and selected regions in Europe.

Luminary Micro offers a broad line of mixed-signal microcontrollers with specialized capabilities for energy, security and connectivity market applications. Luminary Micro products provide unique Internet Protocol (IP) for motion control applications, real-time connectivity, intelligent analog functionality and power conservation.
