Viking Plastics Honored with Delphi’s 2008 Above & Beyond Award: Receives Supplier Excellence Award for Second Consecutive Year

CORRY, Pa. (May 13, 2008) - Viking Plastics, a VPI Acquisition Corporation company and global supplier of engineered, injection molded and assembled sealing solutions, received Delphi Corporation’s 2008 Pinnacle Above & Beyond Award – the second consecutive year Viking has been recognized by Delphi for supplier excellence.

The Pinnacle Above & Beyond Award, established in 2007, recognizes suppliers primarily for their exceptional service to Delphi that went beyond their contractual obligation during the 2007 calendar year.

Operating 156 wholly owned manufacturing sites in 34 countries, Delphi has recognized a total of 12 suppliers from five countries with its 2008 Above & Beyond Award. The award recognizes their dedication, leadership and commitment to Delphi’s success and goal of always exceeding customer expectations.
