1st-for-French-Property.co.uk are expanding their coverage in France by concentrating on areas where you get good value for your Euro. With the strength of the Euro gaining against pound sterling, UK buyers are looking for good value in France.

Typically, the British have looked for value in Lower Normandy and Brittany but prices have been increasing steadily over the last few years. So the Brits are casting their eyes further afield - last year the Limousin and Champagne-Ardenne were firm favourites. Prices are very competitive in these rural areas. Limousin, in particular, has been in demand. Cheap flights to Limoges have opened up the area.
