Juniper Networks Completes Acquisition of Funk Software

(Nasdaq: JNPR) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Funk Software, a leading provider of standards-based network access security solutions. Juniper Networks announced a definitive agreement to acquire Funk Software on November 14, 2005.
