Nicole Jordan and James Patterson Top BooksOnBoard eBook Authors

Nicole Jordan took charge of the romance category this week, placing three ebook historical romances on BooksOnBoard’s eBook Romance Bestseller list. Perennial eBook favorite James Patterson topped the list of “All-Things-Not-Romance.”

According to Bob LiVolsi, BooksOnBoard (www.BooksOnBoard.com) president, “James Patterson did not have any titles in our top ten list this week, but his Women’s Murder Club mystery series drove more total sales across all eBook titles than any other non-romance eBook author.”

While the paranormal romance anthology Shifter remained atop the BooksOnBoard (www.BooksOnBoard.com) eBook Romance Bestseller list, Jordan’s To Bed a Beauty and Lara Adrian’s Midnight Rising moved into the number 2 and 3 slots.

“Lara Adrian’s eBook Midnight Rising instantly shot up the list after its Tuesday release,” said LiVolsi, “Our readers really enjoy her paranormal fantasy romances. The Midnight Breed eBook series is very well done.”

Two BooksOnBoard (www.BooksOnBoard.com) designed bundles also proved very popular, Lara Adrian’s Midnight Breed series eBook bundle and the eBook Historical Romance Bundle.

Popular Lori Foster came in a close second on total romance eBooks sold. Stalwart Nora Roberts and her pseudonym J.D. Robb resulted in the number three bestselling romance author. Lynne Graham, Lora Leigh, Lara Adrian, Maya Banks and Lynsey Sands followed in that order in the bestselling author category.

Elizabeth Moon’s eBook science fiction hit Victory Conditions led the way for the second week in a row in the BooksOnBoard All-Things-Not-Romance eBook Bestseller List. Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth remained a very close second. New to this week’s list is Boris Starling’s eBook Thriller Visibility, Lincoln Child’s popular Deep Storm (after a 20% price reduction from the publisher), and a resurgent Camel Club from David Baldacci. Following Patterson on the list of most popular authors are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Eckhart Tolle, Ian Douglas (author of the Heritage Trilogy eBook science fiction series), Ken Follett, David Baldacci, Kay Hooper, Elizabeth Moon, and Terry Brooks rounded out the top ten author list.
