Platinum One Destinations RTEC System Delivers Immediate Profits for New P1D Business Associates

When Platinum One Destinations (P1D) first introduced the innovative “Residual Team Earning Center” (RTEC) as one component of their multifaceted compensation plan many members were confused as to how it worked. “The initial confusion has been quickly replaced with excitement,” said Priska King, Cofounder of The Synergy Marketing Group-- the Sales and Marketing Company behind P1D.

Direct Sales Company P1D launched in December 2007, selling over 2 million dollars in travel memberships in their first 45 days. With the recent launch of RTEC, members are experiencing the results of the residual component first hand as RTEC Commission checks begin arriving in their mailboxes.The first round of weekly RTEC Commission payouts to P1D Associates exceeded $40,000, all of which was earned by members participating in the RTEC team bonus pool that is accessible by all who join P1D at the Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership Level.


Most basically, the RTEC is a software program that plugs in the names of new associates when they purchase their travel membership. “The most important thing we reiterate to our members is that you don’t need to understand the intricacies of how the RTEC works in order to benefit from the results,” said Lloyd Wilson President of P1D. Wilson explained that the program revolves automatically and generates residual income of $62.50-$125 every time a P1D Travel Membership is sold. The RTEC commissions are derived from only the Silver portion of the commissions from new sales of Silver, Gold, or Platinum P1D Travel Memberships.

New P1D Associate Jim Ptycia joined P1D at launch and has already earned $650 on his RTEC without making one sale to date. “When I see the RTEC earning money for me on other people’s efforts this soon in the game, it really motivates me to get some sales to help my team. This really is easy money for new Associates getting started.” Ptycia said.

P1D Programmers designed the RTEC to incorporate an income stream for new Associates to earn money off the efforts of their more experienced team mates while they are familiarizing themselves with their new business. As one component of P1D’s highly lucrative and innovative compensation plan, the RTEC has the potential to earn Associates thousands of dollars a month as their teams expand.

Monica Whitman from Oklahoma had put her P1D business on hiatus during the transition and holiday season and was surprised to receive a check for $125 in RTEC earnings. Bertha Tande from British Columbia also received a check for $125 in the mail prior to making any sales. Coming from a 30-year sales career Tande joined P1D three months ago as a Platinum Marketing Associate. She said, “I’ve never heard of a company paying out commissions before any sales were made on my end.”

For P1D Members with larger teams, RTEC earnings have exceeded the average full-time income possible in other Direct Sales and Network Marketing opportunities. Wilson explained that every time the six spaces are filled in an Associates RTEC, a new RTEC starts, meaning those with larger teams can be positioned in several RTEC’s at once. Carol McCord a Platinum Executive Leader with P1D, earned $2093.00 last month in pure residual income from her RTEC’s, while business partners Jani Teeter and Pierre Trudeau earned $1250 last month in RTEC Commissions.

“We have had an influx of emails from new members who have been surprised to receive RTEC commissions.
