PARSONS selected by AFCEE for 5-YEAR A-E services contract

PASADENA, CA . – Parsons was selected by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to enter into a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Architect-Engineering (A-E) services.

Under the contract, Parsons will provide Title I, Title II, and other A-E services to support environmental; military construction (MILCON); military family housing; and facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) programs worldwide.

Title I services include all aspects of design such as preparation and/or review of contract plans, specifications, scheduling, cost estimates, building commissioning services, and preparation of operating and design manuals. Title II services include construction quality assurance and oversight of facility construction, SRM, and environmental projects.

Parsons’ work will include all efforts necessary to manage A-E services for environmental projects, including restoration, conservation, planning, compliance, and pollution prevention; as well as design and Title II to support MILCON.
