ROCHESTER, NY, November 28, 2005 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), a leading supplier of software-defined tactical radios for worldwide defense forces, has been awarded a $4.8 million contract from the U.S. Central Command Air Force (USCENTAF) for Falcon® III AN/PRC-152 multiband handheld and Falcon® II AN/VRC-103 vehicular units utilizing Harris AN/PRC-117F(C) manpack multiband radios. The radios will be deployed to support operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
