Qwest Wholesale Wins Best-In-Class Awards From Leading Research Firm ATLANTIC-ACM

Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) announced today it received multiple “Best In Class” honors from wholesale customers in a survey conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM, a research consultancy serving the telecommunications and information industries.
The results, in which Qwest tied for top honors for customer service, network quality and voice pricing, were announced at today’s CompTel tradeshow in Nashville and were reported in ATLANTIC-ACM’s 2008 Domestic Wholesale Report Card. The awards reflect 685 individual carriers’ ratings of wholesale service providers. The annual survey asked wholesale customers to rank approximately 15 service providers’ operations, products and prices in eight different categories.
