Medical Insight Selects Burns as President

HEDEHUSENE, DENMARK November 21, 2005 --- Medical Insight an innovative leader in the OEM development of medical imaging and information management software and components has selected William A. (Bill) Burns as President. A Medical Imaging and Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) veteran with more than 15 years industry experience, Mr. Burns will have responsibility for all functional operations in North America including Sales & Marketing, Client Services and Market Development and will report directly to Frits Thomsen, Chief Executive Officer. “We are extremely pleased to welcome Bill to the company,” stated Thomsen, “and we are confident in his ability to spearhead our growth across all of our product markets. He has distinguished experience in both sales and executive management, and will provide the leadership necessary to help ensure that we are delivering superior execution for our clients, partners and customers while also growing Medical Insight,” Thomsen continued.

Prior to joining Medical Insight, Mr. Burns was vice president and general manager of AMICAS, Inc. where he we responsible for all operational aspects of sales and service operations for AMICAS’ PACS, RIS and Financial markets. During his tenure at AMICAS Mr. Burns played a critical role in guiding the company from a niche player in Ambulatory Imaging to a market leader in Radiology applications and services among both Ambulatory and Acute Care markets.
