Carrs Solicitors have recently recovered £7,250 for a back strain for a Senior Healthcare Assistant from Wallasey after the care home she worked for refused to negotiate until just weeks before the claim was due to go to trial.

The back injury was caused by the client having to support an elderly resident in order to prevent her from falling.
