“This deal with Zed gives us a great pan-European partner,” said Chris Locke, Director of Mobile for AOL Europe. “2008 is going to be an exciting year for AOL Mobile in Europe, and we’re thrilled to have Zed working with us to distribute our products.”

Santiago Corredoira, Business Development Corporate Director of Zed, commented: “This agreement between the two pioneers of the Internet and mobile industries represents a significant step towards the future of mobile. The alliance will significantly increase the value of the two brands on both sides of the Atlantic, making it a win-win situation for each party involved. We are working hard to make this the first milestone of a wider partnership with one of the online services global leaders.”
