Kantar Group and Research International joins BT’s research roster


BT has appointed the Kantar Group – one of the world’s largest research, insight and consultancy networks - to manage its brand and customer tracking research.

Following a competitive review, BT’s consumer brand and tracking research has been consolidated and is now managed by Kantar company Millward Brown with immediate effect.

In addition, market research agency Research International has been appointed to undertake BT’s concept screening on an exclusive basis.
