CA wins two BERSIN & ASSOCIATES 2007 learning leaders awards

ISLANDIA, N.Y.– CA (NYSE: CA) today announced that it has been named a winner of the Bersin & Associates 2007 Learning Leaders Program in the Technology Excellence and Initiative Excellence categories.

Based on the firm’s detailed criteria compiled over years of research, the Learning Leaders Program recognizes organizations which have developed and implemented effective and efficient approaches to employee learning and development resulting in significant business improvement.

CA, the only winner named in the Technology Excellence category, won for its complex implementation of an enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) that replaced nine legacy learning management systems. In the Initiative Excellence category, CA won for its work on a high-impact training program that targets all employees involved in sales, support and services for the Company’s security management products.
