First 2008 Official Coastal Vacations Event Scheduled At Disney World

Coastal Vacations will return to Florida for the first official Coastal Vacations event of 2008. The training event will be held at the Lake Buena Vista Palace Resort and Spa at Disney World March 28th and 29th, 2008. All official Coastal Vacations events are sponsored by the Coastal Vacations Board of Directors. Groups operating within the Coastal Vacations home based travel business program often hold meetings and training events to help their group members learn more about the business. Those events are not sanctioned by the Coastal Vacations Board of Directors.

News of the first official Coastal Vacations event of 2008 was announced by Los Angeles based Coastal Vacations Director Dean Marino while he was conducting a live training call for the largest, fastest growing and most successful group in the Coastal Vacations program. Marino coordinates training and hosts live conference calls for the Coastal Sales Center Group, whose offices are in Tempe Arizona.

Marino looks forward to the next official Coastal Vacations event. He explained, “Now that some groups have chosen to drive their members to their own non-sanctioned events, they tend not to make their membership aware of the option they have to attend the official Coastal Vacations events held by the Board of Directors. As a Coastal Vacations trainer, I feel it is vitally important to properly inform all members when live training is available.”

As training coordinator, Marino knows he sets the standard for members of the largest and most successful group. He attends all official Coastal Vacations conferences.

Members who attended the official Coastal Vacations event last September in Nashville made it clear to the Board of Directors that they favored a return to Florida for the events. In 2007 the Board of Directors sponsored official Coastal Vacations events in Orlando Florida, Las Vegas Nevada, and Nashville Tennessee. Overwhelmingly, the event held in Orlando Florida was the most attended and most successful.

Marino explained why Orlando seems to be the best place for members to gather, “It’s a vacation paradise like no other in North America. Families love it and so do the adults. Central Florida is the ideal location for Coastal Vacations members to dig in and benefit from the wealth of opportunities available to them with their travel memberships. Members have booked week long luxury condo stays for less than $200. That’s not per person. That’s for up to 6 people for the entire week. Members have enjoyed complimentary vacations where they get lodging and free Disney theme park tickets, while others have made themselves right at home renting vacation pool homes at deep discounts with the membership.”

Marino added that members often tack on a cruise or additional resort stays before or after the official Coastal Vacations events. Complimentary cruises available to Coastal Vacations Club members leave out of several Florida ports including Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and the Port of Miami. In fact, Marino has seen some members enjoy an entire month of vacation around the official Coastal Vacations event.

As training coordinator for the most successful Coastal Vacations group, Marino says it is important for members to get to live training events. He recalled the first event he attended, “My mother was in the hospital with terminal cancer but she insisted that I travel to Florida for the conference because she realized how important it was for the success of my business. When I came home and implemented just one of the techniques I learned in Florida, it generated 11 sales over a 3 week period. In a business where the average profit is about $3000, that was quite a chunk of change.”

While Marino knows members can increase there knowledge about the business on his group’s live webinar and teleconference classes, he says members get an intangible boost from attending the live events. As he put it, “Until I attended a live event, my business was something that happened over the phone in my home office. Getting to my first official Coastal Vacations event opened up a whole new world as I came face to face with others who had been successfully earning hundreds of thousands of dollars for years with this amazing business. That jumpstarted my confidence and I knew if they could do it, I could do it too.”
