Gift Card shoppers can get express second day shipping for $5.95 -- the cost of standard shipping and a $7 savings on typical second day shipping costs of $12.95 -- for online purchases of the American Express Classic Gift Card as well as for the themed Gift Card Especially For(SM) Kids, Teens, Movie Lovers, Dining, the Bride and Groom, and Birthdays. All American Express Gift Cards come with special offers available at best-of-brand retailers. The upgrade is automatic when purchasers choose the “Express 2nd Day” in the drop-down list of shipping options.
