Olympia Capital International Becomes Part Of The CACEIS Group


CACEIS, a leading player in institutional securities services, has completed its acquisition of Olympia Capital International (and its affiliates), the alternative investment fund administration specialist. Olympia Capital administers some $70 billion in assets for funds domiciled in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Ireland and the United States. With a staff of 230, Olympia Capital provides high-quality services to clients in the alternative investment fund industry. CACEIS delivers a comprehensive package of securities services to clients worldwide, from fund administration and custody to securities lending and foreign exchange services. The group administers $1.3 trillion in assets for its clients through offices across Europe, and has a strong focus on alternative investment products, which it services out of Luxembourg and Ireland. Olympia Capital activities will remain managed in the US by Barbara Lewnowski, in Bermuda and Canada by Raymond Morrison and in Ireland by John Walley. In the near future, the Irish fund administration activities of Olympia Capital and CACEIS will be merged under conditions yet to be defined.
