Carobtree.co.uk Offers New Real Estate Service on the Northern Costa del Azahar in Spain

Carobtree offers a new approach to marketing property on the Spanish Costa del Azahar combining property listings of several estate agents on their website www.carobtree.co.uk to bring the buyer the largest possible choice and the advantage of co-ordinating all viewings.

Internet users looking into buying a property in Spain have an endless choice of websites of estate agents and companies advertising estate agents’ properties. This can be fun if you are just browsing in order to get a general idea about areas and property prices. If, however somebody wants to buy in a specific area or town this process can also be very frustrating: “When we were looking for a property on the Costa del Azahar I spent numerous days on the net trying to find the relevant agencies prior to arriving in Spain” said Frederick de Souza from Carobtree. “We had to organise viewings with a number of agencies, most of which only had one or two properties that were of interest. In the end we spent most of our two week holiday sitting in offices and viewing just a few properties. Some of them even turned out to be the same property - offered by different agencies.”

Carobtree also offers prospective buyers a property search service. If someone has very specific requirements Carobtree can browse the local market prior to the arrival of clients through their partner agency network as well as other agencies.

For the buyer this service comes at no extra cost: “In case of a sale we get a fee from the estate agent and we have a strict policy that the property price on the Carobtree website is the same as in the agencies window” said Frederick de Souza.
If an estate agency does not agree to this policy it cannot be part of the Carobtree network. But response from the agencies has been positive, as this is a “no sale no fee” service as opposed to advertising.
