New Laboratory Manager Takes the Realms for EMSL’s Houston Facility

Houston Laboratory Continues Dramatic Growth Curve with the Addition of Key Personnel.

EMSL Analytical, a leading provider of advanced environmental laboratory services and sampling products, is pleased to announce that Melanie Rech has been named as the new laboratory manager for EMSL’s Houston testing center. Ms. Rech will be officially taking the key position within the company on October 1st.

Ms. Rech brings over 20 years experience in microbiology, environmental and air quality experience to EMSL. She is an ASCP registered medical technologist and holds an MBA. She has experience with indoor air quality issues in healthcare settings and for public health. She had previously been the microbiology manager at the Houston facility and the general manager in San Antonio. She also acted as the technical manager for special projects. Ms. Rech’s new position as the laboratory manager will utilize her asbestos, indoor air quality and environmental microbiology expertise and customer service skills to assist clients throughout the region.
