Laurie Ziffrin Appointed Vice-President, Member Services, Legalmatch

( December 06, 2004 ) San Francisco, CA—Laurie Ziffrin has been named Vice-President of Member Services for LegalMatch, effective immediately. The appointment was announced today by Randy Wells, LegalMatch CEO.

The newly created position is in direct response to the company’s dedication to continue to give quality, individual service for its Member Attorneys as it experiences tremendous growth through membership and consumer demand for premium online attorney/client matching services.

Ziffrin, who will be based in LegalMatch’s headquarters in San Francisco, California, will be responsible for member services and the attorney approval process, as well as marketing management, renewals and the development of company policies, processes and procedures.

Since February 2003, Laurie Ziffrin has exemplified a thorough knowledge of the online legal matching service industry, and understands the needs of our attorney members perfectly. Previously, Ziffrin had been director of Member Services since February 2003. In that position, she coordinated LegalMatch’s attorney approval and renewal process and maintained close communication with Member Attorneys to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Ziffrin came to LegalMatch from Wal-Mart’s online division, where she had been a customer service training and quality manager in Brisbane, California. In that position, she was responsible for the management and training of Wal-Mart associates and designing training programs for customer service initiatives.

A 1993 graduate of Webster University with a master’s degree in marketing, Ziffrin earlier received a B.A. degree in administration (1986) from the University of Kansas.
