Rangauklinik Ansbach introduces Agfa HealthCare’s ORBIS™ in Rehab Center

Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of IT-enabled clinical workflow and diagnostic imaging solutions, announces today it is currently introducing its ORBIS™ Hospital Information System (HIS) in the Rangauklinik Ansbach, near Nuremberg, in southern Germany. ORBIS will be used in the clinic’s Medical Rehabilitation Center, which provides 64 beds for rehab patients and 90 for acute cases. The Rangauklinik, which is part of the Neuendettelsau Deaconry, is the third facility of the hospital group to introduce ORBIS. The Hospital Information System will help to further integrate the different hospitals in the organization.


The Neuendettelsau Deaconry Group opted for Agfa HealthCare’s ORBIS Hospital Information System (HIS) in order to meet the complex demands involved in running its various clinics.
