Silicon Image Announces Departure of John LeMoncheck

Effective immediately, John Shin, Ph.D., 49, Silicon Image’s current vice president of engineering, will serve as the interim vice president of the consumer electronics & PC/display businesses. As an industry veteran with over 25 years experience, Dr. Shin has served in his current role at Silicon Image for the past two years, and prior to that was the vice president of advanced technologies.

Silicon Image is in the process of securing a leading global executive search firm to assist in the search for LeMoncheck’s replacement.
