SkyMiles Dining & Hotels Program Offers a Delicious Way to Earn Miles this Fall

SkyMiles members may earn up to 3,000 bonus miles for dining at participating restaurants.

ATLANTA, Oct. 11, 2005 – Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE:DAL) SkyMiles® Dining & Hotels by Rewards NetworkSM program is offering SkyMiles members up to 3,000 bonus miles for dining at participating restaurants between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2005. This program is part of Delta’s commitment to bring value to SkyMiles members’ travel experience, like multiple mileage earning and redemption opportunities with attractive and rewarding partners.
Members must register at skymiles.rewardsnetwork.com/buildyourbonus to qualify for this promotion. Once registered, they can begin earning bonus miles for dining in participating restaurants when they spend $25 or more (including tax and tip).
“This offer is a fun and tasty way for our customers to earn miles,” said Jeff Robertson, managing director of the SkyMiles program. “And, SkyMiles members can earn a significant number of miles with repeat visits to participating restaurants.”
In addition to the regular miles earned when dining at more than 10,000 participating restaurants in the United States and Canada, members may earn the following bonus miles:
Dine two times – earn a total of 500 bonus miles
Dine four times – earn a total of 1,000 bonus miles
Dine six times – earn a total of 2,000 bonus miles
Dine eight times – earn a total of 3,000 bonus miles
The SkyMiles Dining and Hotels program allows members to automatically earn up to five miles per dollar spent on food, beverages, tax and tip when they pay with a credit/debit card that has been registered in the program. Elite members of the SkyMiles Dining & Hotels program will earn an additional bonus of five miles per dollar spent at participating restaurants through June 30, 2006. The program also enables members to book resort and hotel reservations at a competitive rate while earning five miles per dollar spent on the room rate. Members may register up to five credit/debit cards and once used at a participating restaurant, the miles are automatically credited to their SkyMiles program account. Miles earned through the SkyMiles Dining and Hotel rewards program can be redeemed for Award Travel, upgrades or Crown Room Club memberships.
