Sun Microsystems and IBM Hold Teleconference to Announce Software Agreement

SANTA CLARA, Calif. and ARMONK, N.Y.- WHAT: IBM (NYSE: IBM) and Sun Microsystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW) will hold a teleconference to discuss an operating system agreement.
