Brady Campaign Educational Effort At Miami International Airport Begins Monday, October 3

The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence will begin distributing educational materials about Miami’s new Shoot First Law at Miami International Airport on Monday, October 3.

Brady Campaign Communications Director Peter Hamm and Million Mom March South Florida Chapter President Dana Quist will meet interested journalists at 11:30 AM Monday at 11:30 AM at the First Amendment Zone on Terminal A, Level 2 in front of the British Airways ticket desks. (If you have trouble finding this zone, please call Zach Ragbourn at 202-289-5776.) They will introduce journalists to the workers who will distribute the educational material.

The educational flier will be distributed in English and in Spanish. Hamm and Quist will be willing to answer questions. Quist speaks fluent Spanish. Representatives of the news media are welcome to request interviews from the workers. (Whether the workers wish to speak to the media or not is up them the workers individually.)
