Delphi Captures its First Business Contract with Mahindra & Mahindra

Delphi to supply driver information systems for Indian vehicle maker.

TROY, Mich. — Delphi announced today that it will supply Mahindra & Mahindra with driver information systems for its Ingenio model vehicles starting in 2008.

Delphi driver information systems provide information about vehicle systems and the external environment to help keep drivers informed and warn them of potential hazards. These sophisticated systems are capable of alerting drivers to unclosed doors, low tire pressure, low fuel, and many other important items that create a more safe driving experience.

Delphi is leveraging its capability from the Bangalore Technical Center as well as North America Technical Centers to design a robust product for Mahindra & Mahindra.
