General Dynamics Awarded GSA Alliant Contract for Technology Solutions

FALLS CHURCH, Va. – General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) is one of 29 companies that has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant contract to provide federal government agencies with integrated information technology solutions for evolving needs on a global basis. Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC). If all options are exercised, the contract has a $50 billion ceiling among all awardees and a 10-year period of performance.

General Dynamics will provide infrastructure, application and information technology (IT) management services to support federal government agencies through this contract. Alliant is the follow-on contract to the Applications n’ Support for Widely Diverse End-User Requirements (ANSWER) and Millennia government-wide technology contracts. General Dynamics currently holds the ANSWER contract.
