The Sedona Conference® Announces All-Star Faculty for Ninth Annual Conference on Antitrust Law and Litigation

SEDONA, AZ – The Sedona Conference®, a non-profit, law and policy think-tank based in Sedona, AZ, recently announced an internationally renowned faculty and leading edge topics for its Ninth Annual Sedona Conference on Antitrust Law & Litigation, at the Sedona Hilton Resort and Spa, in Sedona, AZ, Thursday-Friday, October 25-26, 2007. The Conference will focus on how the Supreme Court’s decisions have shaped and will continue to shape the antitrust laws and their enforcement, with particular attention on Section 2, including price and non-price predation in their various manifestations, and the uses and misuses of intellectual property.
