Fujifilm Announces Executive Changes In The U.S.

FUJIFILM announced today that Taizo Mori has stepped down as President and CEO of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. He will continue in his position as President of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation in order to focus full time on the overall management of Fujifilm group companies in America. Mr. Mori retains his role as a Corporate Vice President of FUJIFILM Corporation based in Tokyo, Japan.

Hiro Sakai, who will continue to report to Mr. Mori, has been named President and CEO of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. Mr. Sakai will remain General Manager of the Imaging Division, which includes overseeing the operations of the Fujicolor Processing Division, and will also head up the operations of the Fujifilm Electronic Imaging, Recording Media and Motion Picture Divisions.

This management change is part of Fujifilm’s commitment to continuous organizational improvements that will enhance company performance and support customer success.
