AT&T Unity Subscribers Get Unlimited Free Wireless Calls To and From 100 Million Wireline and Wireless Phone Numbers — and Now Rollover Minutes

San Antonio, Texas, July 16, 2007, AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced today that the AT&T UnitySM Plan — the premier wireless-wireline converged calling plan — is going to the next level. Now with the addition of wireless Rollover™ Minutes and fewer requirements, the plan allows more consumers and SMall businesses to join America’s largest free calling community and benefit from even greater value.

The changes to AT&T’s Unity plan allow existing AT&T wireless customers to keep their Rollover Minutes and only require customers to have a combined bill for AT&T local and wireless service.

With the AT&T Unity plan, subscribers will not have to worry about using up their wireless Anytime Minutes when they make or receive calls from their wireless phone to 100 million-plus AT&T phone numbers.* In addition to free domestic wireless calling to and from other AT&T customer numbers, the AT&T Unity plan includes unlimited night and weekend minutes, as well as a package of Anytime Minutes. With the addition of Rollover Minutes, AT&T Unity customers will now be able to keep their unused wireless minutes for up to 12 months.

“AT&T has the largest calling network in the country, and now we are making it easier to join in and take advantage of the benefits,” said Rick Welday, chief marketing officer, AT&T Consumer. “We are making significant strides to develop services that change the way consumers think about their communications. The AT&T Unity plans are clear examples of how AT&T is raising the bar when it comes to offering our customers flexibility and value.”

AT&T Unity rate plans are available to new and existing AT&T-qualified residential, SMall business or postpaid GSM wireless customers in the company’s 22-state service area. The AT&T Unity plan provides the convenience of a single bill for wireline and wireless services, and customers are no longer required to subscribe to an unlimited AT&T wireline long distance calling plan.

Available residential AT&T Unity calling plans include:
