Kodak Corrects Comparable 2005 Full Year Results of Operations

WEBWIRE

In an effort to aid investors with their financial modeling, Eastman Kodak Company provided on June 27 comparable 2006 quarterly, 2006 full year and 2005 full year results of operations, reflecting the company’s new reportable segment structure initiated on January 1, 2007 and the impact of reporting the company’s health group business (sold on May 1, 2007) as discontinued operations.

The company has since discovered that the Form 8-K furnished with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 27 contained inaccurate segment results for the full year 2005. This resulted from certain cost allocations in 2005 that were not correctly reallocated when certain product lines were subsequently moved to different segments.

There was no impact on the Total Company Statement of Operations presented for 2005 or any of the information presented for 2006.

Details of the corrected data are included in a Form 8-K/A that was furnished today with the SEC.
