Oracle EMEA Names Top SMB Applications Partners for 2007

Award reflects combined IT and industry expertise plus outstanding performance with Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Siebel

Oracle has presented its top performing Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) partners with awards for delivering Oracle application solutions to small to medium businesses (SMB) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Certified Advantage Partner IBM (France) took the Oracle EMEA SMB Partner Award for Sales Performance, Certified Partner Abast Solutions (Spain) scooped the Oracle EMEA Partner Award for Customer Success while Certified Partner De Theus Technologies (France) and Certified Partner Pyxis Consulting Group (Germany) were jointly recognised with the Oracle EMEA Oracle Accelerate Excellence Award.

IBM France is a strategic systems integrator partner for Oracle and boasts a large Oracle applications practice. It has delivered successful business applications implementations and, with their network of business partners, total infrastructure solutions for customers across multiple industries in France. The company received its Oracle PartnerNetwork award for success in sales and support of Oracle applications in France in the last financial year.

Abast Solutions boasts more than 20 years’ experience in the IT market and has more than 1000 customers. The ISV was awarded for its impressive performance in winning new customers and delivering projects based on Oracle applications in financial year 2007.

De Theus Technologies and Pyxis Consulting Group were among the first EMEA partners to apply for Oracle Accelerate certification following the programme’s launch in March. The Oracle Accelerate programme is the company’s approach to fully address the diverse IT requirements of SMBs by combining partner expertise with the industry’s most comprehensive software portfolio, comprising both Oracle applications and technology solutions.
