Going Where the Growth is: DuPont Participates in Middle East Coatings Show

DuPont recently participated in the Middle East Coatings Show (MECS) in Cairo, Egypt. The event provided a platform for DuPont Titanium Technologies (DTT) and DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise (DSCE) to highlight DuPont products including Ti-Pure®, DuPont™ Tyzor® and DuPont™ Zonyl®.

More than 150 industry leaders visited the DuPont booth. DuPont employees networked with other industry professionals and addressed growing needs with customers and distributors from Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

The Middle Eastern paint industry is characterized by a strong demand for construction paints and protective and marine coatings. MECS continues to be the largest coatings event in the Middle East and Gulf Region for raw materials suppliers and equipment manufacturers for the coatings industry.
