SEATTLE — June 22, 2007 — Jason Goldberg, CEO of Jobster, Inc., today announced the promotion of Kevin Hatfield to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

“Kevin has been a huge part of Jobster’s development and has led our revenue growth from our inception. Since assuming the role of head of sales, service, and business development earlier this year, Kevin has guided Jobster to six consecutive strong revenue months, increased Jobster’s customer usage and satisfaction while driving efficiencies throughout the organization,” said Jobster CEO, Jason Goldberg. “Thanks to Kevin’s efforts, Jobster’s revenues continue to grow toward profitability. A true testament of Kevin’s work is the fact that there are now more employers regularly using Jobster’s sourcing tools today than there were seven months ago before our restructuring.”

Hatfield leads the Jobster sales, business development and account service teams and is responsible for all facets of Jobster’s revenue development. Hatfield joined Jobster in early 2005, prior to Jobster’s public launch. He spent his first two years with the company building out Jobster’s sales presence with global brands both in the U.S. and U.K. Today, Hatfield overseas nearly half of the Jobster organization and spearheads the company’s revenue-driving initiatives.

Hatfield began his career at Apple and has since had a successful fifteen-year history in sales and business development. He was VP of Sales for Yahoo! Resumix, VP of Sales for HotJobs Software, and part of the early days of the Internet at Scient Corporation. Kevin spent most of the 90’s in systems integration where he worked on world-wide technology deployments for companies like SBC and ChevronTexaco. Kevin has a degree in business from the University of Southern California.
