Alcatel-Lucent honored with International Engineering Consortium InfoVision Award at Broadband World Forum Asia 2007

Paris, June 6, 2007 - Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced that its Corporate Mobility Manager (CMM) solution has received the InfoVision Award from the International Engineering Consortium (IEC) which recognizes the telecommunications industry’s most unique and beneficial technologies, applications and services. The Alcatel-Lucent CMM won the InfoVision Award in the category of Content, Entertainment, Applications, and Services. The award was announced today at Broadband World Forum Asia 2007 taking place this week in Beijing, China.

The Alcatel-Lucent CMM is a versatile network application that enables enterprises to integrate employees from multiple locations and across multiple networks and devices on to one converged communication system. The comprehensive CMM supports delivery of a variety of services including voice VPN, Virtual PBX and Fixed Mobile Convergence on a single platform across any type of network (PSTN, PLMN, NGN, IMS) and integrates easily with existing PBX deployments.More than 100 fixed, mobile, and fixed/mobile converged service providers including BT UK and BT Italia, Telecom Italia, TDC, Vodafone Australia and Mobistar (Orange Group) have selected the Alcatel-Lucent CMM to serve the converged communication needs of their enterprise customers.
